1. |
I will have completed a successful radio equipment ground range check before the first flight of a new or repaired model. | |

I will not fly my model aircraft in the presents of spectators until I become a qualified flier, unless assisted by experienced helper. | |
3. |
I will perform my initial turn after take off away from the pit or spectator areas, and I will not thereafter fly over pit or spectator areas , unless beyond my control. | |

I will operate my model using only radio control frequency currently allowed by the Federal Communication. (Only properly licensed Amateurs are authorized to operate equipment on Amateur Band Frequencies.) |

I will not knowingly operate an R/C system within 3 miles of a pre - existing model club flying site without a frequency sharing agreement with that club. | |
6. |
I will not fly my model aircraft in any racing competition which allows models over 20 pounds unless that competition event is AMA sanctioned. (For the purposes of this paragraph, competition is defined as any situation where a winner is determined.) |

If you are flying at the field and flying on 72 mhz you must get the frequency stick out of the shed and have a pin on your transmitter. If you turn on your transmitter and cause another plane to crash because you turned on the same frequency you are responsible for the damaged caused to that persons equipment. 2.4 mhz has it own binding system, you don't have to have a frequency pin to fly on this frequency. |

When flying at the field pick up everything you bring to the flying field and take it home. | |
